A man is accused of using an elderly person’s credit cards, was arrested on Monday, months after he was seen on the surveillance camera footage of the transfer of the label.
“Let’s Not Forget, Chris?,” the Placer County Sheriff’s Office in California posted on her Facebook page Thursday. The department said it had been trying to find one for Chris Thomason in March, when he was caught on camera using the cards in Sacramento.
Chris Thomason, reportedly was wearing his name tag, while using someone else’s credit card.

He was arrested July 8, after being seen in a store, wearing a shirt with “Chris” emblazoned on the name tag, the company said.

“You have helped us to ID him for 20 minutes!!!” the post read. “His name is Chris Thomason, and, after a brief out-of-state, a pause, and he went back to California.”
Thomason was arrested by the Rancho Cordova police department, and faces felony identity theft charges. He will be extradited to Placer County Sacramento County.
