Surviving september 11, sues Saudi Arabia to
A widow of a victim of the attacks of september 11, 2001, Friday in Washington, a legal procedure initiated against the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The woman, Stephanie Ross DeSimone, states that the land granted to the group of terrorists of al-Qaeda and their leader Osama bin laden.
She is claiming compensation for the death of her husband, a naval officer Patrick Dunn. The woman has the case on behalf of her daughter filed, from whom she was expecting when her husband was killed.
The U.s. congress took Wednesday the 11 septemberwet, which makes it possible for victims and survivors of the attacks on the WTC in New York and the Pentagon in Washington, the oliestaat sue.
The ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia had previously know this is “great concerns” about the law.
