Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg underwent a lung Operation in New York City on Friday to remove cancerous growths, the court in a press release.

The publication said Ginsburg underwent a pulmonary lobectomy at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center after two nodules in the lower lobe of her left lung were discovered. The discovery came during the tests, after they are broken, several ribs in a fall in November.

The press release said that both nodules were found during surgery to be malware, but scans performed before the Operation showed no signs of the disease elsewhere in the body. No further treatment is planned.

“Justice Ginsburg is resting comfortably and is expected to remain in the hospital for a few days,” said the court.

Ginsburg, 85, terror, survived, a number of health. Also, you broke two ribs in a fall in 2012, has had two bouts with cancer and had implanted a stent to a blocked artery open, 2014. She is also the co-founder of the American Civil Liberties Union’s Women’s Rights Project.

Ginsburg is the court’s oldest member and there was a lot of speculation when you can go in pension. However, she has allegedly hired the employees for the period until the year 2020, indicating she has no plans to leave soon.
