Supervisor investigates datavrije service T-Mobile again
The Authority Consumer and Market (ACM) is a new research to Datavrije Music of T-Mobile started, to see if the bundle is in conflict with the law.
That has a spokesperson of the ACM compared to Telecompaper confirmed. In the ‘Datavrije Music service from T-Mobile is data from certain music services outside the databundels of customers.
The offer is assessed according to the European regulation for net neutrality. The court in Rotterdam some in april that Datavrije Music are not breaking the law. The Dutch regulations state zero-rating, where certain services outside of the bundle falling, not increasing. In the Eu rules around net neutrality, however, is allowed.
The ACM will still go keys, or the service fully meets the European rules. That can, in theory, lead to a new decision. The supervisor has not yet let you know if the appeal goes against the earlier decision of the Dutch court.
