Another day, another head-turning item from Jacquemus.
After the presentation of his tiny purses at Paris Fashion Week, the fashion house “La Jupe Sanremo Rib Knit Mini Skirt” has been making headlines for her tiny appearance.

In spite of its size, but the skirt – which has been described as a “glorified loincloth” by the New York Post is currently selling for $260 and $261 at online retailers, such as Luisaviaroma and Milan Style, respectively.
More than a few commenters on Twitter seemed to agree that the ribbed skirt looks more like a towel.
“Seems to me if I shower in a hotel and all they have in the bathroom towels,” a man wrote.
“You can at the dollar store for that bar towel,” another Twitter user said in response to the price of the mini skirt.
Similarly, design website, Design Taxi, compared the duration item is nothing more than a “paper towel.”
A Toronto radio station that retweeted the story also suggested toilet paper can offer the same coverage.

At least one commenter, however, seemed to appreciate Jacquemus’ design.
“See there is fire,” she’s just written.

Jacquemus’ skirt, in the meantime, at the very least seems to provide more coverage than a “front string body” on the market by Boohoo — the ads that were described as “disturbing on so many levels” after photos of the item went viral last month.
