Summer salad to make with only five ingredients

What you’ll need for up to four people

  • 1 ripe mango,
  • 250 grams of strawberries
  • 85 grams of lamb’s lettuce
  • 150 grams of soft goat’s cheese
  • 5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

How do you get it going

  • Put the balsamic vinegar in a steelpannetje and continue to cook it until it is a little sticky it is. Make sure you have about two tablespoons left.
  • Peel the mango and cut both sides of the flesh and the spirit. Cut the flesh into slices.
  • Wash the strawberries and remove the crowns. Cut larger ones in half but leave the smaller ones whole.
  • Place the lettuce in a bowl and make a little bit of olive oil. Spread the slices of mango, strawberries, and goat cheese over the salad.
  • Sprinkle just before serving with the reduced balsamic vinegar over the salad.
