‘Still worried about five nursing homes from black list APPLICATION’
Five of the nursing homes that were previously on a black list for nursing homes, the Inspection for Health care (health care inspectorate) were, in the new version in October again the negatiefste assessment, as evidenced by a tour of the magazine Zorgvisie along the nursing homes.
When the list in July came out there were major concerns about the quality of eleven nursing homes. Of those institutions, the concerns remained unchanged at Careyn Utrecht and Zuid-Holland, Humanitas in Rotterdam, Laurens, Motion 3.0 and the former foundation Antroz. All these institutions fall into a category of 1, the heaviest category, that the Inspection uses, reports Zorgvisie.
Some institutions say now, improvements have been made to have or currently still with improvement to be busy.
The publication of the list led in July, led to much controversy among employees and residents. Nursing homes called igz-list obsolete and that they falsely negative in the news came. The Second Room, asked for an updated list, which, according to Zorgvisie early next week is made known by the Inspection.
State secretary Van Rijn has said possible to intervene when the care in the nursing homes in October, not on level.
