Starring Glenn Close and Gillian Anderson in the Agatha Christie movie
Glenn Close, Gillian Anderson and Terence Stamp play the lead roles in the film adaptation of the book Crooked House by Agatha Christie.
Also Christina Hendricks, Stefanie Martini and Max Irons have a role in the film obtained.
Crooked House, that in the Netherlands The Crooked House is called, is one of only five books of Agatha Christie which have never to film or tv-series were edited.
The story is set in London in 1947 and is about a complicated case where a private detective is on throws. A wealthy old Greek is murdered and all his family members and roommates have a motive for the horrific act.
The adaptation is written by screenwriters who previously were responsible for Downton Abbey and Gosford Park, so reports Deadline. The recordings take the next few weeks place in and around London. It is not yet known when Crooked House is released in cinemas.
