Sportswoman of the Year Weavers (25) is already thinking about Playing 2020

Sportswoman of the Year Sanne Wevers does not matter that they are about four years at the Olympic Games in Tokyo, a roll can do to a second olympic medal.

The balkspecialiste was not the only one of the family Wednesday at the NOC*NSF sport Gala in the RAI in Amsterdam in the prices. Her father, Vincent Weaver, who is also her sister Lieke to Rio led, was voted Coach of the year.

“That my father was also in the prices of cases, means a lot to me,” says Weavers. “The band is close and it is a piece of recognition for Vincent.”

Weaver itself was advance already considered as a favourite for the Jaap Eden, but they counted not rich. “I heard positive noises and was really on. But expected is a big word. I find it an extra touch that this in an olympic year is done. Then there is a lot of competition. Great that I’ve become.”
