Sean Spicer: errors undermine the credibility of the press
On ‘Hannity,’ the former White House press secretary describes the fake news epidemic, Mueller probe, announces he’s writing a book.
Former White House press secretary and Sean Spicer recently signed a book with a conservative publishing house, so that he says he set the record straight on his rocky tenure in the White house, and push back against the “rampant hostility” that the mainstream media has against President Donald Trump.
“It was an honor to have a front row seat on the campaign, transition team, and the first eight months of this historical presidency. I am pleased to present my stories and set the record straight,” Spicer told the Washington Examiner.
The Washington-based publishing house Regnery, published books by prominent conservative authors, like Laura Ingraham and Newt Gingrich, announced on Monday that the release of Spicer’s book next summer.
“This is not about White house gossip,”said Spicer. “I can tell you from first-hand experience of the rampant hostility of President Trump faces a daily basis by the mainstream press, and I would like to listen to the American people an opportunity to have the truth, you do not hear from the mainstream media.”

Spicer appeared on Fox News Monday evening and explained why he is writing a book called “The Briefing.”
