It may not be as well known as Stonehenge, but the Spanish of Stonehenge”, it is now visible for the first time in 50 years, after that they are in the last half-century on the water.
Well-known as a Dolmen, in the Guadalperal, the 7,000-year-old megalithic structure was spotted by the NASA-satellite-images-in mid-July. Also known as ” the treasure of the Guadalperal, the structure of the data, between 2000 and 3000 B. c., and is located in Peraleda de la Mata, a town of just over 1,400 people, and is 105 km away from the capital, Madrid.
The tree, of which there are approximately 150 stones, is back on dry land, due to the record heat and drought in Europe.

“Some archaeologists believe that it was originally built as an enclosed space with a large stone-built house, with a hat,” a NASA Observatory said on its website. “The dolmen served as a burial site for religious rituals and as a trade center, since it is relatively easy to cross the river at this location.”
NASA went on to say, “The most recent, included the exploration and excavation of the site was used by the German archaeologist Hugo Obermaier in the 1920’s. By the time of Obermaier and the findings were published in the 1960s, though, a region of contrasting landscapes is the Reservoir filled, it was poured out in history and in the water.”

Although the Dolmen resort hotel and spa, the Guadalperal, which was found in 1926, it remains shrouded in mystery, a stone that is believed to be the main entrance. This stone, say as a squiggly line, on the basis of a serpent, or by the bank of the Tagus River.
If it is, indeed, the bank of the Tagus River, it could represent “one of the oldest cards on the Ground,” NASA added it to the website.
LiveScience reports that it is likely that the Dolmen resort hotel and spa, the Guadalperal will be submerged in water, the wetter weather of the fall and the winter to come. There have been groups that have argued in favour of the move to the monolithic structure on the higher ground, so that it can be studied by researchers, but some are warning that the move, which makes it decay more quickly, the news outlet added.
