South Koreans lose lawsuit against Samsung after Note 7 debacle
A South Korean court, Samsung has equally given in a lawsuit that was filed by victims that the incendiary Galaxy Note 7 had purchased.
More than 1,800 consumers asked for a compensation of a total of 930 million won (700.000 euro), after all instances of the Note 7 were recalled.
Customers got their refund already all the way back, but was still a few steps to their unit to return to reinstall apps on their new phones.
According to the court, was the discomfort that emerged as a result not so big that a compensation is in place, reports The Korea Herald.
