“The Ingraham angle,” the Republican Florida gubernative candidate said that his campaign had unstoppable momentum.

Rep. Ron DeSantis, R-Fla., the secure Florida for the GOP gubernatorial nomination on Tuesday, wasted little time before the presentation of his new Democratic rival as a candidate who wants “Florida Venezuela.”

DeSantis, who was supported by President Trump, appeared on the “Ingraham angle” after his victory, and denounced his competitors, Tallahassee mayor Andrew Gillum, as “the most liberal candidate that the democratic party nominee in the state of Florida by a country mile in a governor’s race.”

Gillum saw the unexpected victory was a big win for the newly emerging progressive wing of the democratic party, and Tuesday, the results immediately, the nation’s largest swing-state transformed into one of the most important gubernatorial campaigns in the country.

The mayor received a confirmation from sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., and was congratulated by newcomer Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. The Miami Herald reported that he also benefited from “a financial boost from billionaires Tom Steyer and George Soros.”

“(Gillum) want the abolition of ICE cream; he wants to increase a billion-dollar-tax; he wants a single payer health care system in Florida, the state would be broke. I’m trying to in Florida even better. He said Florida Venezuela,” DeSantis, adding that Gillum’s tenure as mayor “absolutely devastating.”

The Herald reported that DeSantis is a member of the liberty Caucus who want to wall border.

During the campaign, Gillum said often, he was the only candidate who is not a millionaire or billionaire, and spent the legs of his Democratic rivals.

After winning the nomination of the Democrats, Gillum room for all of us thanked supporters, which makes the “our plan for a state, not only the well-heeled and well-connected, but all of us.”

DeSantis, a former Navy lawyer and Harvard-educated Iraq war veteran, entered the race in January, and since then, frequent appearances on Fox News. DeSantis, won the primary on Tuesday, GOP Governor elections, beating state agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam.

Blaise Ingoglia, Chairman of the Republican party of Florida, told The Herald that he line welcomes the challenge, saying, “progressive-slash-socialist candidates to the General election.”
