Sony reveals Xperia phones with very slow slow-motioncamera’s

Sony has a series of new smartphones unveiled, of which two very slow slow-motionvideo’s able to capture. The images are with a speed of 960 frames per second filmed.
The slower of slow motioncamera is in the Xperia XZs and the Xperia XZ Premium. Both phones use a new camera, where the memory is in the 19 megapixel-sensor is integrated. The selfiecamera has a 13-megapixel sensor.
Smartphones already offer longer slow-motionfuncties, but offer, usually, a movie speed of 240 frames per second. By this to increase to 960 frames, a video even slower to be played back without the image starts shaking.
The cameras, according to Sony also predict when the shutter button must be pressed, which automatically take four pictures to be made. The user can then select which of these four photos is good.
The Xperia XZ Premium is also equipped with a 4K-screen with a HDR color range. Sony used 4K in the Z5, but this unit had still not HDR.
Sony provides the XZ Premium of a Snapdragon 835-processor. The XZs has a Snapdragon 820 chip.
In the Netherlands the XZs from 13 march sold for 649 euros. The device will initially only at T-Mobile in the Netherlands. The XZ Premium should be somewhere at the end of the spring to be released in the Netherlands. This unit will cost 749 euros.
