Sony limited gamestreamdienst PlayStation Now to pc and PS4

Sony stops by 15 August of this year, with the support of gamestreamdienst PlayStation Now on different devices, including the PlayStation 3, and several smart tvs from both Sony and Samsung.

The company informs that on the European PlayStation blog.

PlayStation Now is a paid service that allows users of PlayStation 3 games by streaming instead of download or a physical disc to use.

The service is currently available for PlayStation 4, pc, PlayStation3 , PlayStation Vita, PlayStation TV, various smart tvs from Sony and Samsung and the blu-ray players from Sony. Starting August 15, only the PlayStation 4 and pc, as devices that are supported.

Sony stops from 15 march to accept new users via corresponding devices an account. The company gives as a reason for the cessation of the support that the all the attention and assets will commit to the experience of users on the PlayStation 4 and pc improve. PlayStation Now is since the end of August officially available in the Netherlands. A subscription costs 16,99 euro per month and gives access to several well-known PS3 games, such as Batman, Assassin’s Creed and Uncharted games. Which PS3 games are only using the gamestreamdienst on the PlayStation 4 to play, because Sony’s most recent console himself plays no PS3 games.
