More Americans will embrace socialism, reaction and analysis by Hoover institution senior fellow Victor Davis Hanson.

Socialism is “against human nature” and capitalism is the only proven economic system, according to author Victor Davis Hanson.

Hanson, a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, said Tuesday on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” that the conservative movement, however, has a “bad job” to prove socialism is a failure.

The Republican party, he, “did a very bad job – I know you are the traditional custodians of the market, to explain capitalism – why the market, capitalism creates wealth and makes all our lives better.”

“So, if you hollowed out the entire Midwest, it was almost like a callous message of ‘go’ programming to learn’ or ‘go to the fracking fields “or” China us cheap stuff we can afford, even if we are not good wages’,” Hanson said.

He went on to explain, the right wing never showed empathy or compassion to say, why the free market system is “the only system that works.”

“Five years ago, Bernie Sanders is a joke was said, and now he is a serious contender,” Hanson. “That proves your point. This is what happened.”

However, Hanson also took aim at what he described as a “lack of knowledge” about the left political system is now championed earned by some in the Democratic party, some people say: “kind of glorify it, [socialism], the fuzzy-wuzzy, Robin Hood-like people who don’t really build, and give it more victims.”

“And, because it is contrary to human nature, it requires a certain degree of coercion. That’s pretty scary,” he said.

Hanson said that the followers of a socialist or democratic-socialist system, they never tell the public that “it ultimately ends up like Venezuela and Cuba.”
