“Soccer club Roda JC partly owned foreign investor’
The Swiss Russian Aleksei Korotaev takes a part of the shares of Roda JC. The Limburg Eredivisiclub will convene Tuesday afternoon for a press conference to that news.
Korotaev takes a part of the shares of Frits Schrouff, reports the Limburg broadcaster L1. Schrouff will remain in the possession of the largest part of the shares.
Former diver Korotaev take a minority stake in the current hekkensluiter of the Premier league, but has big ambitions with the club. The budget is in the long term with more than 5 million euro will be increased to an amount between 15 and 20 million.
The investor is the owner of a bank in Dubai. Roda JC has the money already in the can that during the winter transfer spend. Korotaev also wants to invest in the youth of the Kerkrade club.
The goal is to Roda JC to the subtop of the Premier league.
