Do you have a green smoothie with spinach, but by the addition of fruit is still nice and sweet.” Schuijf recognize that. “Our mango-green with spinach and lots of mango is indeed popular.”

Tips for making a smoothie
- Sweet? Mix vegetables with a piece of fruit.

Blender or slowjuicer
Who wants to work in the kitchen, you can choose between the blender and the slowjuicer. “It’s really two different devices,” explains Vriesenga. “With the slowjuicer, you get juice, it is very suitable for hard fruit and vegetables such as carrot and celery. As a liquid used Vriesenga, the sweetest sap. “But not from a suit, there are again sugars and E-numbers.” Schuijf: “Water also works, and is in terms of calories is the best option. But your drink will be wateriger. You want a creamy variation, add even coconut milk, yogurt, or an avocado.” A recipe exactly to follow, according to him also not. “Some ingredients are more vital than others.
