After suffering through a cruel comment about her weight, of a young British mum decided to take action.
At just 30 years old, a single mother, Sarah, and Parking has become a recluse due to her weight. She told me that she would have to avoid social situations out of fear of being judged.
“I wanted to be, two fingers up to the people who had called me fat, and joked with me,” Wass, from the Leeds suburb of Batley, told SWNS. “I’ve been called a” fat cow ” by strangers as if I’ve been out, and you will feel like people are looking at you, judging you.”
“It got to the point where I just don’t like to go out,” Sarah Wass, told SWNS. “I’ve just got used to stay in my own little bubble at home.”
Wass said she weighed more than 350 pounds at her heaviest.

“It got to the point where I just don’t like to go out,” she explained. “I’ve just got used to stay in my own little bubble at home. I would like to avoid that if I could do it. I really had it my whole life…. I was having such a bad diet, and no, I didn’t exercise. I used to be in the fight, just to walk around and I would get short of breath very easily. The people that I know would make fun of my weight. It was just banter, and they weren’t boring, but it will be for you. You can try to laugh it off and don’t make it, but it does not. It’s taught me a lot.”
Parking has dropped nearly half of her body weight since the start of her diet and exercise routine.
Wass said she made the decision to stop eating take-out and started cooking healthy meals for himself, and began to practice it. She was walking three miles a day, going to the gym and took an aqua fit class. Finally, they are shedded for almost half of her weight.

“My mother told me a couple of times,” Wass explains. “She wasn’t ugly, but they gave me a jacket that was a size 26/28 and she said,” when you grow up, you will not be able to find something to fit you.’ It was a hideous red jacket, and it made me feel like a big, red road to a tomato, but it was the only jacket in my size.”
It is able to wear clothes that they felt it was, in fact, is just one of the many changes that they experience. She told me that she was beginning to feel more comfortable, which meant that they were able to spend more time with her daughter.

“People think that I have had weight loss surgery and don’t recognize me,” she explained.
“The friends I haven’t seen it for a while, will have to double take to see if it’s for me.”
