Mike Posner is recovering after being bitten by a rattlesnake.
The singer/songwriter who is currently touring the country on his “Walk Across America,” took to Instagram on Tuesday and shared a video of paramedics wheeling him on a gurney in the Colorado river.

“Whatup doe!!! Funny it was!” the 31-year-old captioned the post. “I was just getting crushed is 16 km away, and it went to 8 when I was a baby rattlesnake! That poison is no joke!!! I was in the hospital and was given anti-venom in time. Shout outs to G, and Mike, the chopper and a team, and with Bo and Cassie and Whitney (my nurses).”
“I’ll be here for a few days, and you will not be able to walk for a couple of weeks, but to enjoy the AC, and the beds were good, haven’t had that in a while, Hahahaha!” said Posner. “I can’t wait to get back to The base! KEEP IT UP!!!!!!”
TMZ reported, and a baby rattlesnake to jump out of nowhere in Posner’s path, and sunk her teeth into his left leg.
“I Took a Pill in Ibiza,” the musician announced earlier in April, he was in the creation of the United States of america for a project called “Walk Across America.” According to the Posner’s website, the purpose for the variation is, “let each and every city, we will go through a little bit better than it was when we arrived.”

“I will be spending periods of my walk with the compassion to listen to the people, and with so much of my attention as possible,” Posner explained. “This means listening to others, and not to the voices in my head.”
Posner added, and a number of other aims and objectives of the summit was to “love everybody,” “singing in front of people, and enjoy where I’m at in the journey.”
“Don’t waste time worrying about how to get to the end of it,” he said.
Posner’s website shared that he has been running for 1,632 miles since the trip began on April 10, in the Asbury Park, N. J.

“The journey of three thousand miles begins with a single step”, he announced, that is, the period of time in the social media. “Here’s to all of you for the support, love and encouragement. It’s not going to be easy, and it’s not going to be fast, but it’s going to be worth it. So here we go!”
TMZ also shared Posner was inspired to take on the trip, and after the death of his father, and a celebrity DJ Avicii.
Avicii, whose real name is Tim Bergling, tragically, died from an alleged suicide in April of last year, the 28-year-old age group.
