“I suggested it, ever. I wanted to be there when he gets to the kindergarten class went to the primary school. If I am anywhere to put my mind to it, than it is for the full 100 percent. Since he is there, I want to be alone but his mother. We have so much fun together. Music, I moved to the side, it was something I did when I had time. Because he is now older, I came there more often.”
“I sing about conflicting feelings’
In addition to her son, one of her biggest inspirations: “My texts usually have two characteristics. One: they are about small moments, and two: I sing about conflicting feelings. Especially that second is important. In every song I’ve ever written, about light and darkness, love and pain. But then Stanley only, I was alone but very happy. There was no conflict, the darkness was gone! And of course that is uninteresting.”
