A suspect, whose handgun went off during a fight with the hotel security guard claims that the shooting was an accident, according to the report.

“If I’m going to ever use the gun, I would never have missed the target,” Allison, Nicole Daughtrey, 34, told police, according to charging documents.

The Baltimore Sun reported that the police responded to the motel in Towson, Md., which Daughtrey and her friend were reported to have been in the fight on Monday afternoon.

However, according to Baltimore’s WJZ-TV, the charge of the grant to the women’s claim that they were not fighting, but running in the “loud sex.”

The altercation with the security guard, began when the security guard tried not to let the women and an unspecified number of children with them, — to leave the property, the Sun reported.

If the officers had been monitoring the pair grab their gear and prepare it for the exit to the motel, with a gunshot rang out, and a motel employee told police that the security guard was under control of the game.

The security guard later told the police, Daughtrey had pulled out a gun and fired it during the fight, she allegedly bit into his right arm.

The bullet damage to the walls, and the curtains in the motel lobby, but the security guard was treated for a hand injury, according to the newspaper.

Daughtrey has allegedly told the police that the security guard slapped her across the face, so she grabbed her purse to swing at him, but the gun fell out and fired.
