Four men, including two illegal immigrants have been arrested and indicted on federal charges in connection with the death of a police deputy who was fatally shot while responding to a report of a robbery of a marijuana garden in Northern California, home last month.
Christopher Ross, Juan Carlos Vasquez, Ramiro Morales, and Jorge Lamas, are charged with cultivation of marijuana, conspiracy to cultivate marijuana, and discharging a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking offense. Vasquez and Morales were also charged with possession of a firearm as an illegal alien.

“If you have the feeling that I’m angry today, and I’m angry, I’m angry, because, as we have with illegal aliens in an illegal marijuana grow in the life of a cop. That’s not the case,” the Attorney of the s. S., McGregor Scott said at a news conference.
The El Dorado County Sheriff’s Deputy, Brian Ismail, was shot and killed on Oct. 23, 2019 at the latest, according to officials.

On Oct. 23, Ross called 911 to complain that the men have to steal his marijuana garden.

“If Ross is called in to 911, and he said that he is the legal use of marijuana,” Scott said. “Well, what do you think about it, it was not a legal marijuana operation. So, the fig leaf of legislation will give insurance coverage for those who operate on the black market to get their things-to-do.”
Law enforcement later learned that Ross had been in the business, with, Vasquez, Morales, and llamas, and they had agreed to grow marijuana illegally on his property.
“I’m here to tell you today, that’s what’s happened to my deputy, was, predictably,” El Dorado County Sheriff John D’Agostini said.
D’Agostini, and Scott has hit California’s recent legalization of marijuana in the state, in the sanctuary of the immigration laws relating to the granting of both isma’il’s death, and called on state lawmakers to take action.
“If you are a criminal-minded, illegal immigrants to infiltrate our communities with a greater degree of protection than the average citizen, they will take advantage of, and abusing, our communities, and a” D ” Agostini said.

“To solve these problems,” he added. “In order to do this, our state is a safer place for all of us.”
The gun used to kill Ishmael was legally acquired in the U.S. 35 years ago. It is still unknown as to how Vasquez can be obtained.
Ishmael, a husband, and a father of three, was a four-year veteran of the El Dorado County Sheriff’s office, and was previously employed by the Placerville Police Department.
