A ‘brutal’ lone gunman opened fire on a huge, Brownsville, Brooklyn, is a block party on a Saturday night, and it left a 38-year-old man is dead and 11 others wounded, law enforcement sources told The Post.

The gunfire broke out just before 11 a.m., the annual two-day “retirement” party was coming to an end and the thousands of attendees were leaving, the sources said.
