Democrats have issued reports, a subpoena for the full unredacted Müller and call to testify at Attorney General Barr and special counsel Robert Mueller before Congress; the reaction of California Congressman Adam Schiff, the democratic Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.
House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., formally Blackwater founder Erik Prince referred to the justice Department for a criminal investigation on the question, whether a Prince lied to the panel about a 2016 meeting in the Seychelles Islands with a Russian banker, tied to Vladimir Putin.
In a statement, the Committee said it had “identified at least six categories of materially false statements” Prince about the meeting with Kirill Dmitriev, as he appeared before the Committee in November 2017.
In a letter to attorney General William Barr, ship, said that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report on the allegations of collusion between the trump campaign and Russian officials “indicates strongly, that Erik Prince knowingly and willingly provided false testimony,” the ship argued asked factually, “prevented the Committee the ability to understand and investigate the foreign efforts to undermine our political process and national security, the development of appropriate legal and political means to counter future influence operations, the campaigns and presidential transitions, and inform the American public, as appropriate.”

“I think that there is very strong evidence that he willingly misled the Committee and intentionally false statements made to the Committee,” Schiff told The Washington Post, Bob Costa during a panel event earlier Tuesday.
“The evidence is so weighty that the justice Ministry to take this into account. His statement, which I can discuss, because it is public record, was that his meeting in Seychelles this Russian banker [Dmitriev] was purely by chance. He just happened to go to the Seychelles for a day and have the chance to meet with the Russian banker.”
Prince, the founder of the private military contractor Blackwater, and the brother of the Secretary of education Betsy DeVos, testified in the year 2017, that the meeting with the Russian banker was a random encounter. Special Counsel Robert Müller ‘ s report showed that the meeting was set up ahead of time.
“We know from the Müller report, that this meeting is a chance,” the ship said on Tuesday. “We know there was communications, after he has returned.”
Ship added that Prince had “discussions” with the former White House adviser Steve Bannon about the meeting, before he left, and “communication” after his return from the Assembly, a demand, of the said legislature, in opposition to the Muller.

“Somehow, mysteriously, magically, the communication between the Prince and Bannon have, apparently, already their devices,” ship said. “In a very tangible way, I have the evidence to think that he willingly misled our Committee and the judiciary must, whether there is a prosecutable case.”
Ship added that, when Bannon appeared before his Committee, he “refused to answer, almost all of our questions.”
“He said he was answering questions, because the White house asked him,” ship said.
The ship was also asked whether the panel felt that President Trump’s eldest son Donald Trump Jr, or his son-in-law and adviser Jared Kushner false witness.

“I don’t want to comment on others. We have reached the point of maturity with Prince’s statement that it is appropriate, you can find it,” ship said. “I don’t want to comment on the other.”
Ship’s comments come in the middle of a hot fight between Congress and the White house over subpoenas to former and current officials to testify before the house committees leading to return Trump-focused probes. Ship-the panel is currently the President for the finances.
