Shia LaBeouf has continued to be in contact with the police officer who arrested him in march of 2017.
In an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and “Hi-Boy” star opened up about the officer and how their relationship rises to a tumultuous arrest of a friendship.
“Officer Bryant! That’s my guy,” LaBeouf said when asked whether he still keeps in touch with the public.

“He invited me to go fishing yesterday,” the former “Even Stevens, the actor revealed.
“I think that’s what happened, and you didn’t think you would have a fishing buddy to [him],” She chimed in.
“Oh, no,” I f—ing hate him,” LaBeouf revealed in the laughter of the audience. “Yeah, but, you know… [It is] the life, you know?”

LaBeouf is in 2017, in an arrest that led, eventually, a star in rehab, where he wrote the script for his latest film, “the Honey Boy,” for which he is considered a breakthrough in screenwriting award at the Hollywood Film Awards on Friday night. In the film LaBeouf plays an alcoholic and abusive father as a child and as an actor.
The 33-year-old actor also expressed his gratitude to the Officer of the entertainment district at the awards show on Sunday night.

“I want to thank the police officer that arrested me is in Georgia, for changing my life,” LaBeouf said, according to USA Today. Some in the audience apparently laughed at LaBeouf’s comments, it would seem, not to know whether or not the “Transformers” star was trying to be funny.
