The lawsuit notes that, “the song, is gratuitous and repeated use of the name “Sharon Stone” in the lyrics.”
“For more than a quarter of the song length of minutes, and twelve seconds of the song consists of nothing more than the defendant, Dudley, repeatedly, to say that the name is ‘Sharon Stone’ in a mantra-like repetition.”

The lawsuit also stated that “the infringing content, which contains the physical appearance, attributes, characteristics, appearance, mannerisms, qualities, and characteristics, clothing, treatment, and images of, in connection with Sharon Stone’s likeness, image, identity, and personality of the Basic, Instinct, Interrogation, scene.”
