“I knew nothing, I could not think and not talk. My brain cut down just there.”
In may last year that stopped Osbourne suddenly with the presentation of the talk show The Talk. CBS had know then that the wife of rock star Ozzy Osbourne, with the leave of absence was due to illness. Sharon Osbourne was eventually more than a month not in the program.
The tv star told during the program that they have seven months spent there to recover from them. “It was a quest for the right medication and a good therapist to find,” says Osbourne.
They decided Monday for the first time talk openly about her depression and burn-out to the taboo that rests on the conditions to break. “You do not have to be ashamed,” she said. She called for viewers to seek help when they feel depressed.
