A Honduran national in the u.s. illegally is accused of raping his 15-year-old step-daughter in the suburbs of Maryland, is the seventh such case in the area in the last couple of weeks.
Emilio Carrasco-Hernandez, 37, has been charged with second-degree rape, sexual abuse of a minor, third-degree sex offense and fourth-degree sex offense, according to WJLA.

The alleged victim spoke to the Montgomery County police department and alleged that her stepfather sexually molested her multiple times between Dec. 16 Aug. 25. She claimed that she was not able to make use of the bathroom after one of the attacks, because it had been “very painful” and left her with a “sharp” feeling to it.

“One victim stated that they will not be able to move around, and Emilio Carrasco-Hernandez was squishing her with his body,” investigators reportedly said of the incident. The 200-lb. Carrasco-Hernandez allegedly kissed the girl’s body, and even a little bit of her t-shirt at an event.
The victim’s mother, to be launched Carrasco-Hernandez out of their Wheaton home, and after finding the two of them together in a room. While the age of consent in Maryland is 16 years of age, the mother stated that she believed that it was a voluntary act fueled by alcohol.
In a statement released to WJLA, U. S .. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), said that Carrasco-Hernandez was previously deported in April 2017, but will be re-imported into the United States sometime after that.”
Carrasco-Hernandez could face up to 56 years in state prison, convicted on all the charges. He also faces up to 20 years in federal prison for re-entering the united states, have previously been deported, ICE officials told WJLA.
The agency is believed to have been a detainer on the Honduran national, he was put in jail without a bond. He is facing the charges of second-degree rape, third -, and fourth-degree sex offenses, and sex abuse of a minor.

As of July 25, the Montgomery County Police have arrested at least seven confirmed to undocumented immigrants for the alleged rape and sexual assault. Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich signed an executive order last month in which the county is a “sanctuary” jurisdiction.
The order is determined to be not the province of the agency, including the police, to cooperate with the ICE cream. The immigration officers are barred from entering the secure portions of the county jail and in the custody of the illegal immigrants in the public spaces of the prison, and parking spaces.
