BIARRITZ, France (Reuters) – the British prime Minister’s, president Johnson, on Saturday, ordered that all British airports are to be upgraded to the latest 3-D luggage scanning technology in December 2022.

The technology is currently on trial at London’s Heathrow airport, which may mean that the passenger is unable to remove fluids, and use of electrical equipment in the cabin as they pass through the security checks.

“By travelling through the UK airports are easier to use than ever before, this new piece of equipment that will help to promote the vital role our airports play in securing the UK’s position as a global hub for trade, tourism and investment,” Johnson said.
