Horowitz writes in his report that he has no inclination in the decision of Federal prosecutors not to press charges against Clinton.
According to the report’s release, FBI Director Christopher Wray said, “The report, the identification of errors of judgment, violations, or disregard of directives and decisions which, at least in retrospect, were not the best choice,” but added that “nothing in the report impugns the integrity of our workforce as a whole, or the FBI as an institution.”
“The evidence contained in Mr. Horowitz’s report shows an overwhelming tilt against then-candidate Donald Trump,” Graham, R-S. C., wrote. “In particular, Peter Strzok, the head agent in charge of the Clinton E-Mail inquiry, and Lisa page, a top FBI lawyer, exchanged message after message, the extreme bias against Donald Trump and a willingness to their positions at the FBI, to ensure that he is not elected.”
The senator told Fox News’ “The story” that he now understands “why Müller fired,” Strzok.
“You have to remember that the people we consider here hated Trump and I think they were all in the tank for Clinton, and we’ll see what Mr. Miller says, but I know -” the primary investigators, when it comes to the Russian-Trump connection early on was Mr Strzok, which was clearly in the tank for Clinton and hated trump.”

Graham, penned a similar letter last week, asked the DOJ to answer the following questions in relation to their role in the use of informants and surveillance to ensure a Trump adviser:
1. Have Strzok or page have a role in the maintenance or surveillance of the informant or the decision for the use of the informant? Have Strzok or page such a role to any informants for the investigation of the Trump camp, or the current trump employees?
2. Have Strzok, or page play a role in the review, approval or provision of information for the FISA warrant obtained to watch over Carter?
