In 2020, the Democratic candidate and New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand said on Monday night that a restriction on abortion is a “life or death” issue for women.

In the case of your appearance in The Daily Show,” Gillibrand began to limit the call to the recent push by several States, or to prohibit abortions, the effort to “take away women’s civil rights and our human rights” and, finally, Roe v. Wade overturn.

“It’s something that the President Trump does, and the Republican party, and you don’t want to make women, the most intimate, personal decisions about life and death for their own body and their own families,” Gillibrand said.

The New York senator accused of trombone emboldening “radical right-wing Republicans” with the confirmation of the judges of the Supreme court, Neil from gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.

“He is basically taking our basic human rights, in the decisions about our family, if we have children, how many we have, under what circumstances,” Gillibrand argued, “and to criminalize the decisions of women and the criminalization of doctors who care.”

“Women have to fight. You have to fight as everything you need is care about the game, because it is,” the 2020 candidate, told “Daily Show” host Trevor Noah. “It is a life or death issue for many women.”

Gillibrand added, “If this is a fight that the President Trump the American people, and America wants the women, it is a fight he is gonna have, and it is a fight that he is losing gonna.”
