Selena Gomez breaks the silence on Demi Lovato’s relapse, feeling like a ‘different person’, because turning 26

Selena Gomez opens up about the approach of the 26-year-old age, her new outlook on life and shows how they dealt with the new of Demi Lovato is an overdose.

Selena Gomez has her broken silence on what her life looks like after turning 26 and how she dealt with the news of the childhood friend Demi Lovato apparent drug overdose in late July.

The “Wolves” singer, who started in the industry working together with her fellow former Disney darling Lovato, it appears that her reaction to the news of her friend’s relapse and hospitalization in a new interview with ELLE Magazine.

“I think everything in my life is mainly reduced, in a very good way,” @SelenaGomez tells ELLE. “I go back to the simplicity. That is always who I’ve been. It is not me to say, ‘I feel the best I have ever felt,’ ” she continues. “It is me saying,” I am exactly where I am. And I’m so glad I’m in this place.’ It is a piece of self-discovery. “All I’m saying is, I reached a personal,” she said. “I have not the public good. I didn’t want that. I…I love her. I know her since I was seven. So…it is…that is what I say.”

As Lovato, Gomez has her fair share of the struggle of life in the spotlight. Gomez, who recently celebrated her 26th birthday, “she said, and she turned a new leaf and feels like a completely different person” since the age.

“It is quiet. It’s weird. The moment I turned 26, I felt 26. Now, I feel very sure of where I am,” Gomez explained. “I do not feel erratic or emotionally unstable. Or, as I can’t deal with my emotions, like I used to. It is a kind of understanding myself a little more. By all means, I have not thought of myself. But it feels good.”

She continued, “It is me saying,” I am exactly where I am. And I’m so glad I’m in this place. It is a piece of self-discovery. From 20 to 26? Oh my gosh. I feel like a totally different person.”

The actress and singer also admitted that she has been working on the not caring what people think, proving that they do not agree on the password for her Instagram account.

“I’m not on the internet,” she said. “I haven’t been on the internet in months. I have my password for Instagram. I have no apps on my phone, not photo editing apps. I have Peak, a game,” she said. “The reason is, it’s not really for me…I know that my voice is very familiar, but I’m not careless with it. I am selective. As far as my personal life, someone sees me with a glass of wine? I would take two shits. I am not trying to hide. That is my life. I live the way I want to live.”

The young star is keeping busy and working on the finishing touches to her new album, in addition to in Woody Allen’s upcoming film “A Rainy Day in New York”, which also stars Academy Award nominee Timothée Chalamet, and Elle Fanning.
