School chief’s mother at the hearing on the public stool cost

HOLMDEL, N. J. – A school inspector in charge with the stool in New Jersey, not for an explanation during a brief hearing.

Thomas Tramaglini appeared in the court on Tuesday. He is responsible for the defecation, lewdness and littering.

Authorities say he was caught in April after an early-morning run at Holmdel High School athletic facilities. The police said employees were watching to see who had been leaving human waste on the property.

The 42-year-old Tramaglini is superintendent of the nearby Kenilworth school district. He is on paid leave from his $147,000-a-year job.

At Tuesday’s hearing, lawyers argued over surveillance video that prosecutors claim shows Tramaglini caught in the act. The judge told them to return for a hearing at a later date.

Tramaglini and his lawyers didn’t comment when leaving the courthouse.
