Dafne Schippers thinks, in spite of her pain in the back, which is just opspeelden, to be fit enough to be able to be able to participate in the world championships in Doha at the end of this month to get started. The 27-year-old from Utrecht to defend from china, her world championship title in the 200 meters and the 100 meters and the 4×100-meter relay team.
“I’ve got a world-class team around me, and therefore I know that it’s going to be right on my back,” said Schippers, on Tuesday, at the press conference of the Dutch world cup team in Papendal. “There are in this season, just a few bumps and the back injury is such a fact. I have to be on it, and let’s hope it’s lucky on my part.”
The problem with her back and has started in February due to a fall from the stairs at home. As a result, was able to Captains less and less hours of training in the spring, but the injury seemed to be, this summer and beyond.

In the final, anything is possible
Thursday, leaving Boaters to Turkish Belek for the Dutch team to prepare for the world cup.
“I think that’s good, because it is the hot and which is good for the muscles in my lower back. I hope I will still get to see the dots on the i’s for the world cup. My hopes are still high. I want to be in the heart of Doha, the best time of my year away.”

The world CHAMPIONSHIPS in athletics begin on Friday, september 27, at the Dubai International Stadium, and will last until Sunday the 6th of October. A total of thirty Dutch athletes have competed.
