Todd and Julie Chrisley, the star of “Chrisley Knows Best,” is said to be confronted with a conspiracy, embezzlement, wire fraud, and tax evasion charges. Todd Chrisley was reported to have been examined by 2017, for the purpose of investigating allegations of tax evasion and legal residency in Georgia, in spite of the family living in the Home.

Todd and Julie Chrisley are going through a difficult time after being arrested for tax evasion, and their daughter, Savannah, is leaning on God to help her through it.

The couple turned themselves in Wednesday after being indicted on Tuesday for allegedly committing a financial crime.

The 22-year-old has turned to social media to share her feelings.

“‘Do not be afraid or discouraged … for the battle is not yours, but God’s. 2 Chronicles 20:15,'” Savannah wrote on her Instagram the Story on Wednesday.

The 12-count indictment details how the Chrisleys would have had to have taken part in tax avoidance and evasion, wire fraud, conspiracy, embezzlement over a period of nine years. If convicted on all counts, it’s the reality of different personalities, you will be facing up to 30 years in prison.

The “Chrisley Knows Best” star, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday. A judge has agreed to release them on a $100,000 unsecured bond each. This means that they will only have to pay for them, if they don’t show up for court dates.

The judge ordered them to surrender their passports and told them that they will not be allowed to travel out of parts of Georgia and Tennessee, with their probation officers know where they are. Their lawyers had asked for travel permission, and so that they will be able to continue with the shoot.

Todd Chrisley’s attorneys, Bruce H. Morris, and Stephen Friedberg, told Fox News in a statement on Tuesday: “The allegations made in the complaint are based on a complete pack of lies. The Chrisleys are innocent of all charges.”

TODD CHRISLEY’S SON CHASE AND HIT WITH A $16G FOR TAX LIEN

On Monday night, Todd’s, 50’s, and went on to Instagram to write a lengthy post to explain to his family’s innocence. He argued that the prosecution was as a result of a disgruntled employee stealing from his family, and he is trying to take revenge after his dismissal in 2012.

He went on to explain that it is “trusted,” the ex-employee in question has committed several crimes, including “all kinds of bad things, such as creating false documents, forging our signatures, and threatening other employees with violence if they said anything.”

“We have also discovered that he was illegally bugged my house,” He claimed. “Needless to say, we fired the guy and took him by the right hand, and that’s when the real trouble started. In order to take revenge, he made a number of false documents to the U.s. attorney’s office, and told them that we had committed to all types of financial crimes.”
