Sarah Palin opened up about running for vice president

The former Governor of Alaska describes her political history of “going rogue” and how she was treated during the 2008 elections to ” life, liberty, & Levin.’

In 2008, she was chosen to be his running mate – possibly only a heart beat away from the presidency.

But now the former Alaska Gov., Sarah Palin, as President Trump, was to the left of the list of persons invited to the funeral of the late US Sen. John McCain, according to multiple reports.

“I suspect it came from Cindy,” a source close to the family, McCain told People magazine, referring to the late senator’s widow. “She is very protective of John’s memory and legacy. She is also a grieving widow. I think she wants to get through this as best you can.”

The message was sent through an intermediary and not directly by the McCain family, the report said.

An ABC reporter tweeted that Palin “family source” said, “Out of respect for Senator McCain and his family, we have nothing to add at this point. The Palin family love always in honor of their friendship with the McCain’s and keep these memories.”

Palin did not immediately respond to a Fox-News-E-Mail sent early Thursday.

A decade ago, McCain’s was the selection of Palin to be his Vice-President that catapulted Palin to the national political spotlight from relative obscurity in Alaska.

But their relationship quickly grew strained amid accusations that Palin was often unprepared for interviews in the media, or had “gone rogue” by ignoring the advice of the McCain campaign handlers.

Some critics have charged that Palin was more interested in promoting her own career and popularity with the conservative voters-as a success crowned by the McCain-Palin ticket, led by the more moderate McCain.

In may, McCain a book with the title “The Restless Wave”, in which he wrote that he regretted it’s choice of Palin as his running mate, instead of his close friend, former U.S. Sen. Joe Lieberman of Connecticut.

McCain and Palin ultimately, the White house lost in 2008, Barack Obama and Joe Biden.

To speak ironically, Biden is scheduled Thursday on a McCain memorial service in the senator’s home state of Arizona, while Obama has been invited to deliver a Eulogy Saturday at a McCain memorial service in Washington, DC

Following McCain issued the death of brain cancer last Saturday at the age of 81, Palin, a couple of Twitter messages.

“Today we lost an American original,” she wrote. “Sen. John McCain was a Maverick and a fighter, to never be afraid of it, for his beliefs. John never took the easy path in life, and through sacrifice and suffering, which he inspired, to serve others, something that is bigger than themselves.”

Later, she wrote: “John McCain was my friend. I will remember the good times. My family and I send prayers for Cindy and the family of McCain.”
