Sen Bernie Sanders’ presidential campaign is once again taking aim at Joe Biden, former Vice President of one of the many top-dollar fundraising events from coast to coast.

In a fundraising email to supporters with the title “We are in danger of falling back to run,” Sanders ‘ campaign manager, Faiz Shakir, wrote on Friday that Biden “brings out large sums of money to a large Fund-raising events around the country. And these are not grassroots fundraising events.”

He said: “this hosted the high-dollar functions and attended by lobbyists, health care managers, a Republican casino CEO’s and union-busting lawyer, among other things.”

We can win elections without the people begging for money.”

Biden has raised big bucks through small-dollar online donations, his campaign announced this week, their online posts and said, this kind of contributions did the lion’s share of the whopping $6.3 million in the 24 hours after the former Vice President announced his candidacy last month.

But Biden is also some high-profile, high-end held Fund-raising campaigns. On his first night as a White House contender, he raised $ 700,000 for the Philadelphia home of Comcast executive. He also pulled in a lot of money to a Hollywood-finance-event earlier this month, and in the case of two Florida-sponsors this week.

Fundraising, far from it, then-Sen. Biden cycles ‘ s wheelhouse in his unsuccessful White house runs in 1988 and 2008 presidential. But so far, the third time appears to be the charm, as Biden is to make a lot of money, both in the traditional fundraisers with deep-pocketed donors-and the he opened, to the reporting of the media in a movement for transparency — as well as through online contributions.

Biden adviser Brandon English touted in an E-Mail earlier this week that the campaign “fundraising has been driven by rapid, massive growth in the last month.”

The courting of well-to-do to be used donors are commonplace, but this time around, the two progressive leaders in the democratic nomination race — Sanders, sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts — criticized Biden and sworn off these kind of donations.

But Sanders has reportedly decided to hold in-person fundraising events, and has extra oversee a civil servants, such Fund events.
