Coronavirus concerns lead DNC location of the first head-to-change-to-head debate between the Democratic presidential candidates, Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden; Peter Doocy reports from Wilmington, Delaware.

Democratic debate, the tamed was from the beginning of coronavirus-related precautions, however, fireworks on Sunday night, as Bernie Sanders again and again, Joe Biden attacked the sentence length data, and the presidential spurned primary front-runner’s attempt to win over him and his base through the adoption of liberal platforms.

Biden bristles on Sanders’ is a transparent attempt to renew using the Corona-Virus-pandemic, saying his call for “Medicare for all”,”: “people are looking for results, not a revolution.” But the Vermont senator was especially aggressive, beat its rivals in their first one-on-one debate on everything from the super-PAC support with his story about Social security.

At one point, Sanders, viewers asked to check on “go to YouTube” evidence of Biden are calling for cuts in Social security in the Senate. This prompted a debate on the most conentious moments, as Sanders Biden fixed aggressive — with Biden finally acknowleging that the different sections were “on the table” as part of the conference negotiations, but that he voted “never”, in particular, slash Social security.

“We have not cut!” Biden called during the exchange, hammering his lecturn.

“I know it, because people helped me, stop it!” Sanders replied. “You’re an honest guy, why don’t you just tell the truth here?”

Biden has supported, in fact, been a temporary freeze on Social security benefits.

In another heated moment, Sanders Biden expressed about the acceptance of money from super PACs: “Why don’t you get rid of your Super PAC, you have at the Moment is very ugly negative ads against me?” he asked.

Biden and laughed to react and Sanders, “don’t laugh, Joe, that’s just the truth.” The former Vice-President replied that the Sanders get rid of, the “nine” super-PACs, he has.

When Sanders called that bluff and invited Biden to “list”, the supposed super-PACs, Biden rejected, and simply Sanders said, “come on, man.”

In different moments of the event, each candidate stumbled over important terms, such as Sanders Ebola the coronavirus and Biden called H1N1 confused the “N1H1 virus” and referred to Ebola only, such as “what is happening in Africa.” Biden also indicated that the Corona Virus had occurred the outbreak, under the Obama administration, prior to the correction itself.

The voltages at the left Biden clearly frustrated, at one point said he had tried to give Sanders credit for some of the things in his record, but he made it difficult for her.

When the debate calmed down a little, Biden promised that his future vice presidential pick would be a woman. Sanders said, “in all probability” he would do the same, as long as the woman was sufficiently progressive.

The debate apart, took place in Washington in a studio, no live audience, and the candidates were held, six meters, steps, in response to the novel Corona-Virus outbreak. However, Sanders seemed at times as if he with a lot, urging the public to fact-check Biden’s claims on the stage.

Earlier in the debate, who argue, we must be closed “is this President up to now”, because he “see with unfactual information, which is confusing the public,” Sanders went on to call the moment a referendum on the nation’s health care system as he renewed his call for “Medicare for all.” Biden, however, voices the crisis as a proof of the strong test leadership.

“First of all, the dysfunction of the current health care system is obvious,” said Sanders. “As I said, there are people who hesitate to go to the doctor. … Clearly, we are not prepared for this, and Trump is only exacerbating the crisis. If we spend twice as much per capita as any other nation, man, we’re gonna have enough doctors, all over this country. could expect to You might expect that we are gonna have to affordable prescription drugs.”

He added: “What the experts tell us, is that one of the reasons we are unprepared is that we don’t have a system. We have thousands of private health insurance. This is not a system that is ready to care for all people.”

“It’s not working in Italy right now, and you have a single-payer system,” Biden countered. “It has nothing to do with Bernie’s ‘Medicare for all.'”

“I don’t want to do this in a back-and-forth in terms of our policy,” Biden’s bizarre, remarked at one point. He also claimed that the ad-hoc coronavirus response to legislation that was currently under consideration by the Congress care about the right answer to, “the immediate needs that we have now.”

Americans, Biden said, were looking for “results, not a revolution.” Medicare-for-all, Biden said, had no realistic chance of passing the Congress, and probably could not be financed.

“We will respond,” Biden said.” It is not all free, you have to pay for a thing. This has nothing to do with whether or not you have insurance. This is a crisis. We are at war with the virus.”

“This is not a threw true, “Sanders. “The law has enormous gaps. I understand, Nancy Pelosi did her best, the Republicans have been prevented.”

Sanders went on to argue that “right now, we have a shortage of medical personnel,” and that “unprecedented action” was necessary. The self-described “democratic socialist”, called the trump administration’s promise to Americans that “if you lose your job, you will be healthy.”

He then said that the government can guarantee the wages of the employees, if it is to inject $1.5 trillion in short-term money markets-a comparison that said the economists, is unsuitable.

Biden, meanwhile, said the first responders lacked the necessary “equipment” to handle the crisis. He speaks for a broad access to the Test kits and the use of Federal resources to add more hospital beds.

“This is bigger than any of us,” he said.

The debate comes as the nation and the world are fighting a global pandemic in the midst of growing economic uncertainty. The debate itself was upended by the outbreak, after it has been moved from Phoenix to Washington with the studio, without a live audience. The candidates apart were able to podium six metres, compliance with the CDC guidelines.

“It has nothing to do with Bernie’s ‘Medicare for all.'”

Your first one-on-one stand-off is perhaps to change Sanders’ at the last moment, the trajectory of Biden’s front-running campaign ahead of another round of primaries, the could see how the Vermont senator continues to fall behind in the delegate count. For Biden, he has a difficult balance of appealing to a General election audience, and at the same time concessions to the left, as the party tried to coax Sanders out of the race.

Hours before the CNN-Univision debate began, has announced Biden, take over parts of the two proposals of Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, what is free public school and bankruptcy, and the gain, respectively, in an apparent bid to your followers.

But Sanders’ campaign quickly, the Biden initiative, say rebuked, it is simply not sufficient. The layer was a bit unusual for Biden, as a front-runner in the rule in the direction of the political center with an eye toward November, instead of embracing leftist ideas. But here, Biden clearly tried to show Sanders and his base, which he embraced, to support at least part of their progressive agenda, probably in the hope of convincing Sanders and his followers to him.

A lot has changed in the United States, and in the campaign, since the Democrats’ last debate less than three weeks ago. Biden stepped on the stage as the front-runner, a distinction that seemed unlikely, if Sanders was winning competitions early. But, moderate Democrats have boosted consolidated quickly to Biden, due to its strong position with black voters and are motivated by the desire to block Sanders, like many of you, signaling fears that he would lose to President trump in November.

The fast-moving coronavirus to a large extent the candidate has been grounded for the day, leading them to cancel campaign events as the great States to prepare for, which will be voted on Tuesday. This is also frozen, the trajectory of the primary competition, the limitation of Sanders’ chances to get back in travel. Advisor said Biden also will show the target on Sunday in the debate, the voters, the Sanders or other liberal candidates backed up, you would have a house in his campaign.

After rebounding in an impressive way from his modest start in the elementary school, Biden has a solid lead over Sanders in the all-important delegate race. With a strong showing on Tuesday in primary contests essentially could guarantee his nomination. Four large States: Illinois, Ohio, Arizona and Florida, a perennial General election battleground, the Biden, which appeared to have an edge over Sanders.
