A San Francisco man allegedly beheaded his grandmother in her residence at a senior living facility, officials said.
The authorities found Chii-Chyu Horng, 82, to death around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday during a welfare check, SFGate reported.
Horng grandson, Andrew Lucas, 30, was arrested at the scene and taken to a hospital for a medical evaluation. He is accused of murder and ill-treatment, the paper said.
A spokesman of the police will not confirm details of the deaths and it would not be witnesses of a suspect, only saying: “he is a relative of the victim.”
Luke’s ex-stepmother, Eva Fok, told the newspaper on Thursday Horng him after the death of his mother to lupus when he was a child.
She said that he had lived with Horng, when he allegedly killed her.
