Special prosecutor Robert Mueller has found no justification that the American president Donald Trump or his employees cooperated with Russia.
The American minister of Justice, William Barr, has Sunday a summary (pdf) four pages of the investigation into alleged Russian interference during the presidential election of 2016 submitted to the Congress.
There is no evidence that Trump or his campaign team “samenzwoeren or coordinated” with Russia, although the Russian government several times did so to persuade him, concludes the research, that almost for two years.
About the second big question is around the American president, or is he a crime has committed by trying the Ruslandonderzoek to hinder, Mueller in his report, knowingly make any statements.
The special prosecutor has that ability extensively investigated, but decided not to “traditional aanklagersoordeel” sheets. Mueller writes that “although this report does not conclude that the president a criminal offence has been committed, pleading him not free”.
Barr and his under-secretary, and Rod Rosenstein looking at the facts that Mueller has collected. They conclude that there is not enough land to Trump to sue for obstruction of justice, writes Barr, who emphasized that this decision is separate from a controversial justitierichtlijn which states that a sitting president can never be prosecuted.
Trump about Ruslandonderzoek: ‘Shame that USA this had to make’
Trump: ‘Shame that this country had to make’
“It is a shame that the country had to make”, has Trump in a first reaction. A White House spokesman called the outcome of the Ruslandonderzoek Sunday night “a total and complete vrijpleiting of the president of the United States”.
Trump himself joined in a tweet with the words of his spokesman: “No conspiracy, no obstruction and total vrijpleiting.”
Vice-president Mike Pence suggested that the outcomes of the report by all Americans accepted must be. “The special prosecutor has concluded what president Trump already been said, that there is no existence of partnership,” said Pence in a statement.
No Collusion, No Obstruction, Complete and Total EXONERATION. KEEP AMERICA GREAT!

Democrats want the whole report to see
The Democratic representative Jerry Nadler, chairman of the justitiecommissie of the House of Representatives, made the letter from Barr public on Twitter.
Nadler wrote later: “But special prosecutor Mueller says the president clearly does not explicitly free. We have minister Barr to hear how he made his decisions and all the underlying evidence, so the American people all the facts get to hear”.
Barr will be recalled to the Ruslandonderzoek to come and testify in the House, says Nadler. He finds that the summary of the minister “very worrying discrepancies”.
Should the White House decide to object to disclosure of parts of the final report, then there may be a legal battle to follow that should ultimately be decided by the Supreme court.
Barr wrote in his letter that he and Mueller will consult to determine which parts of the Ruslandonderzoek public can be made.
But Special Counsel Mueller clearly and explicitly is not exonerating the President, and we must hear from AG Barr about his decision making and see all the underlying evidence for the American people to know all the facts.

Trumps lawyer, Giuliani: ‘Better than expected’
Trumps lawyer Rudy Giuliani called the summary of the final report of Mueller Sunday, “even better than I had expected”.
Trump himself was this weekend on his golf resort, Mar-a-Lago in Florida and had little to say. The New York Times reports based on sources close to the president that he is said to believe that a special prosecutor Mueller with his report a “coup” launches. Trump returns Sunday night back in Washington.
Ruslandonderzoek is not the end
The conclusions of Mueller do not mean the end of the legal problems of the American president.
The Democrats in the House have a large number of its own investigations launched, or announced, both to the person Trump as the functioning of his government.
Also, several things which are above water have come in the course of the Ruslandonderzoek adopted by other prosecutors. In New York, for example, the zakenimperium of Trump studied, as well as his involvement in zwijggeldbetalingen to two women who claim an affair with him to have had. Trumps ex-lawyer, Michael Cohen, is already condemned for them.
The Ruslandonderzoek lasted 22 months and cost approximately 25 million dollars (22 million euros). Mueller continued, or concluded settlements with 37 individuals and three (Russian) companies. Several of these cases are still under the judge.
