Rugbyscheidsrechter apologizes for ‘inappropriate’ photos with the fans

Rugbyscheidsrechter Jaco Peyper did on Tuesday apologized for the photo, with the Welsh fans on Sunday, after he whistled semi-final of the world cup between Wales and France on social media and television.

Peyper gave at the beginning of the second half of the match in Oita, a red card to the Frenchman, Sébastien Vahaamahina for an elbow to the face from Aaron Wainwright. Wales have won the semi-final, then 20-19.

A couple of hours after the match, popped up with a picture that Peyper is the action of Vahaamahina it seems to do it with a group of supporters in Wales. The arbitrator in the press and in the picture his elbow against the face of one of the following:

The French rugby association, the team reacted immediately, getting angry at the action taken by the South African referee and the international federation, the World Rugby announced an investigation.

On Tuesday, the association, in a statement, that Peyper, because the photo is not a semi-final, will whistle in the world cup. “Peyper acknowledging that the picture is inappropriate and he has apologized,” according to World Rugby.

Nigel Owens from Wales will be Saturday’s referee at the semi-final match between England and defending champions New Zealand. A day later, a flute, a Frenchman, Jérôme Garcès, the semi-final battle between Wales and South Africa.
