Rubio’s vote key to Trump’s pick for the Secretary of state


The fate of the President of Donald Trump’s selection for his administration, Secretary of state hinges on the vote of Florida sen. Marco Rubio.

The Wall Street Journal reported that three Republican senators expressed their concern about Rex Tillerson, the former CEO of Exxon Mobil. Rubio is reportedly undecided on his vote and said that he will discuss the matter until he comes to a decision.

“We are only going to go further through the process,” he said, according to the report. “And we will make a decision soon.

Tillerson and Rubio collided during a couple of controversial exchanges on Wednesday with a disbelieving Rubio, the budding diplomat-to-brands-Russian President Vladimir Putin press a “war criminal” and Tillerson cool blunting Rubio broad sides, by a Declaration of its more deliberative vision.

The other Republicans are concerned about Tillerson Sens. Lindsey Graham and John McCain are.

During the tense back-and-forths on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing, Rubio, R-Fla., Cross-examination Tillerson on the policy in relation to Russia, Cuba, Saudi Arabia and the Philippines. At the end of Rubio the second survey period, Tillerson tried to dispel all concerns that you may have had aggressive Rubio.

“There are some misunderstandings that I see seems to be, the world through a different lens, and I don’t think so,” Tillerson said. “…But I’m also clear and realistic about dealing with cultures”.

Tillerson’s statement in a heated first meeting followed, during which the ExxonMobil CEO refused explicitly, Putin called a “war criminal.”

“I find it discouraging to quote of your ability, which I think is accepted around the world,” Rubio said.
