Photographer, Russell Bunn, has filed a $50 million lawsuit against Roc-A-Fella co-founder Damon Dash for allegedly committing sexual battery.

In legal documents obtained by The Wrap, Bunn claimed that they had been hired to shoot an advertising campaign for Dash’s clothing line, Poppington, to return at the end of April. After the first day of shooting, the player said she was going to go back to the Lady of the house, which he shares with partner, Rachel Horn, where they had planned to spend the night in the Dash’s daughter’s room.

“When Bunn was sleeping, Dash and contacted Bunn, and put his hand on Bunn’s breasts and placed the hand and/or fingers, in Bunn’s buttocks,” it has been claimed in the lawsuit. “Dash, do not have permission or consent to touch Bunn, of the sexual organs. Dash was wearing a bathrobe and no underwear on. The Dash was made to drink alcohol and smoke marijuana all day.”

The complaint goes on to allege that Bunn was able to find “Dash’s hands on her breasts and buttocks,” and even threatened to fight against the business man.

Bunn also claims that the Dash for lying about landing a television deal with WEtv for a docuseries based on her life, as a way to get “Bunn silent” on the alleged sexual assault.

As a sales representative for the Dash and not have to immediately respond to The Wrap’s request for comment.

It is also named in the lawsuit, as well as Poppington, LLC, and Damon Dash Studios, who they accused of theft, conversion, and negligent emotional distress.
