EXCLUSIVE: The Republican National Committee (RNC) is expected to announce this week that he raised a record-breaking$23.5 million in August, and had $53.8 million cash on hand as of the end of the month — signaling growing GOP momentum heading into the elections in 2020.

It is not unusual for a body good, when his party controls the White house. But even accounting for the advantage that the RNC were the numbers significantly: the August fundraising total was the highest in August during an off-cycle year, either by the RNC or the DNC and RNC so much cash on hand since September of 2016, shortly before the election day.

RNC Chairman Ronna McDaniel told Fox News that Democrats have actually contributed to the fundraising totals.

McDaniel added: “to vilify the more Democrats, President Trump and his followers, the boots more can we put us on the floor, to the re-election of him. Between the President of the services and our grassroots infrastructure, the Republicans will not stop until 2020!”

The money is expected to go partly in the direction of an aggressive strategy to turn liberal-leaning States red in the year 2020. Trump was find the next Wisconsin or Michigan — States that the Democrats have won in, as a rule, in the case of the presidential elections, but this could surprise, under certain conditions, such as in the year 2016. Also on the Trump team is on the shortlist: Nevada, New Hampshire, and Minnesota.

The RNC’s efforts paid off, apparently, by the Democrats” own the shooting in North Carolina earlier this month, when the Republicans swept two closely-contested special elections.

The RNC has been actively working on the ground in North Carolina, on the special election in June. The party brought in almost two dozen full-time employees and invested over $1.5 million to the state, but also almost a half a million voter contacts through phone bank and door-to-door campaigning.


On the eve of the special election, Trump held a rally in the Eastern part of the more closely-contested district – Fayetteville is a city in Cumberland County, which has leaned to the Democrats. RNC data showed that, for North Carolina GOP state Sen. Dan Bishop, he would need to win over some democratic leaning trump supporters in this district.

The democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) Chairman Cheri Bustos acknowledged that the President of the targeted rally in Fayetteville contributed to the win Bishop, writing in a statement, “We fell inches short tonight, but it took more than $6 million in outside Republican spending and a last-minute Trump-rally” to seal democratic candidate Dan McCready ‘ s fate in the 9th.District.

The RNC and DNC with expected to file their fundraising totals with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) on Friday.


DNC fundraising is lagging behind the RNC this year. The Democrats raised only $7.7 million in July, while the RNC 20.8 million, brought in $, according to FEC filings. The DNC, meanwhile, is closed. Of July showed a little more than $9 million in cash, applications.

The trump campaign and the RNC have pulled showed, in a combined $210 million since the start of 2019, FEC records. This is more than the current Democrats are looking for Trump replace raised combined at this period.
