‘GAME OF THRONES” FANS BEG HBO REMAKE OF LAST SEASON WITH THE COMPETENT WRITERS’

“David Benioff and D. B. Weiss have proven themselves to be total incompetent writers when they have no source material (i.e. the books) to fall back on,” the request of the creator wrote. “This series deserves a final season that makes sense. Subvert my expectations and make it happen, HBO!”

But Reinhart, the reaction to Instagram to Variety’s article about the petition, explained the re-creation of the season “is not how television works.”

“This is not how television works,” the 22-year-old wrote. “TV shows are not [a] fan service. It is ridiculous that people think that they can demand creative change of artists.”

As Refinery29 notes, the actress can be sensitive to the subject, because petitions have been made about “Riverdale” in the past, including a so-called “Cancel Riverdale.”

Benioff and Weiss started the show as an adaptation of George R. R. Martin’s fantasy novels. However, the notoriously slow author story was overtaken by the TV series in Season 6. Although the show’s creators received the guidance of Martin, they are largely on their own since then. And it seems fans take notice. Season 8, only marred by the sigh, about the darkness of the massive Battle of Winterfell in Episode 3, and numerous complaints about the series rapid pace since Season 6. However, the last straw seems to be Daenerys Targaryen, the big twist in the penultimate episode.

After spending the entirety of the series is built up as the savior of westeros, mother of dragons, in the city she came to rule in flames rather than accept that it is a surrender. Now that she is a murderer of countless innocent people, hundreds of thousands of viewers don’t have faith in the show to adequately address the story in one episode.
