ISLAMABAD – Afghan rights of the workers are warning that the US national security adviser, the blistering attack on the International criminal court for investigation of war crimes allegations will reinforce a climate of impunity in Afghanistan, extending the war and encourage the performing of acts of violence.
In a speech on Monday, John Bolton said that Washington would not cooperate with The Hague court and threatened with sanctions, says the AMERICAN sovereignty and national security in danger.
War crimes allegations in Afghanistan, allegedly committed by the CIA and the AMERICAN armed forces.
“It is a pity, because the delivery of justice to the victims, to help facilitate the peace process in Afghanistan,” said Sima Samar, head of the afghan human rights Commission.
In an interview Tuesday, she said: “the law is not a luxury. It is a fundamental right of the human person.”
