nearvideo President Trump says he will probably not see Müller hear, says Democrats are, to waste your time
Trump’s comments to the Congress, statements by former special counsel Robert Müller.
The Republicans are preparing an aggressive defense of President Trump surrounding former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s congressional testimony Wednesday, with the President’s campaign and the party is firing up, it meant a war, to mark, “Democrat hypocrisy” – and GOP lawmakers poised to use the hearing to question the origins of Russia-the probe itself.
Müller is set Wednesday to appear before the House Judiciary Committee and the House Intelligence Committee for the back-to-back public hearings. As Democrats plan to have the forum to use to the spotlight-allegations against Trump, the obstruction of justice, the Republicans are homing in on questions about the early stages of the investigation, which eventually overhauled by Müller.
DOJ SAYS MÜLLER, IN HIS STATEMENT, “MUST REMAIN WITHIN THE LIMITS” OF THE PUBLIC REPORT
On the sidelines of a political process that rivals the counter-messaging from Republicans during the Democratic presidential primary debates. This week, the Trump campaign and the Republican National Committee are working together on a “multi-day-bracketing effort,” the rapid response team and a full social media and digital presence.
“House Democrats are hell bent on spending more time on this witch hunt, and we call aggressive you for your political games,” Trump victory regional Director Rick Gorka told Fox News. “This is a highlight of the democratic hypocrisy and hold them responsible for their latest photo-op.”
Gorka told Fox News that the joint effort of a team of people to clip to the “poignant” moments during the hearing. Gorka said, a “booking operation” is the Trump surrogates available for TV and radio interviews, during and after Müller’s statement.
“We call on the Democrats in their delusions-and then present what you should be focused on,” Gorka said, pointing to other top-management of the agenda points, such as border security and the U.S.-Mexico-Canada agreement (USMCA). “Democrats have done nothing but peddle baseless investigations on a large at the expense of the American taxpayers instead of addressing the problems, the Americans have told us are a priority for you.”
He added: “The report was clear. Not A Disability. No Collusion. This is to say Democrats only willing to, and do everything to make this thing alive. They are so involved in this story.”
While Mueller is not evidence of a criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign, and Russia, he has not reached a conclusion on whether the President obstructed justice find.
Meanwhile, on Capitol Hill, Republicans on both committees plan to focus their questions on the origins of the Russian investigation—including the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants against the Trump campaign in 2016, the unverified anti-Trump-dossier, and the evidence for the political bias of the special counsel team members like former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa page.
A Republican source told Fox News that they expect Mueller ” to try to get out of answering a lot of these questions,” you say they were “outside the boundaries” of his report, specifically on the question of how the FBI would have the dossier to obtain FISA warrants. The source said, he can also say that “these questions are the subject of the ongoing investigation.”
The Ministry of justice said Müller, in his statement, “must remain within the limits of” public redacted version of his report, a letter obtained by Fox News.
TRUMP SAYS MÜLLER SHOULD NOT TESTIFY, THE HEARING WILL BACKFIRE
“We don’t expect him to be forthcoming answers to the witness, the said one way or the other,” the source, Fox News.
In the White house, Trump has tried to discredit Müller called him “high-conflict,” suggesting he should not be given the chance to testify.
“Very Robert Miller said, should not be given another bite at the Apple. In the end it is bad for him and the wrong of the Democrats in Congress have done nothing, but time on this ridiculous witch hunt,” Trump tweeted on Monday. “The result of the Miller report, NO ARRANGEMENTS, NO OBSTACLE.”
Trump also suggested that certain questions are asked Muller about the FBI handling of the investigation of state Hillary Clinton, the use of a private E-Mail server, and dealing with classified information, the Secretary of state and the anti-Trump-text-messages between Strzok and the page were in a relationship.
The President and congressional Republicans have started to ask about Strzok and page, and how the Russia-investigation for months. To investigate attorney General Bill Barr was appointed U.S. attorney from Connecticut, John Durham, the history, including all intelligence activities in connection with the trump campaign during the 2016 presidential elections, alleged misconduct and the alleged abusive state surveillance.
But House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-NY, said he is concerned about the Republicans ask Muller about the origin of the probe, and claimed that they would only be wasting your time.
“It is very clear that the Trump investigation was not based on the so-called dossier, that you’re talking about. There was nothing wrong with the FISA application. All of the things that you no more by talking. The inspector general found that there was nothing wrong with the other half of what you’re talking about, this is the Hillary [Clinton] investigation. He completion,” Nadler said on “Fox News Sunday.”
“If you want to discuss, or to discuss, I should say, this irrelevancy, let them wasting that time,” he continued. “But what is before the American people is now the behavior of this President. And what we’re going for Müller, on the behavior of this President and where to go from here.”
Müller spoke in public about his research once. In may, Müller held a press conference (he didn’t ask) outlined his discoveries, noting it is “not enough evidence to charge a conspiracy” on the question of whether the members of the Trump campaign, in coordination with the Russian government during the 2016 presidential elections. His language on the question of whether the President obstructed justice, though, the question is left open—a movement that the Democrats as a signal to ramp up their investigations.
Meanwhile, Fox News learned last week that the Democrats on the judiciary and the intelligence committees, the focus of the survey is on five areas, in Mueller’s report, with his study on “disability”, rather than on accusations of Trump’s campaign collusion with the Russians, to expose in an attempt to potential misconduct by the President.
To focus on the topics that are to be expected for you to: Trump’s reported call to remove then-White House Counsel Don McGahn, Müller; the claim that the President ordered to deny McGahn, he said to him, to try to get rid of Müller; the allegations, the President said the former campaign manager Corey to hire Lewandowski, then-attorney General Jeff Sessions to curb the probe, the slopes down to the number of pardons for former campaign Manager Paul Manafort; and the allegations of witness tampering, including with Manafort.
Democrats have a six-page strategy document before the hearing to prepare. The document quotes directly from Müller ‘ s report, and focuses on the protection and defense of the elections, which prevents foreign interference and influence, and the termination of abuse of power.
“Our Democratic House majority will continue to fight for our national security by providing security during the elections, the preservation of our democracy and the President hold them responsible, because no one is above the law,” the document says.
Nadler and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., to appear, the former special counsel invited to testify, after Müller and his aversion, expressed in front of Congress for questioning.
