Republican senators slam Facebook for the censorship of pro-life content

Four Republican senators blasted Facebook for the ‘censorship’ of the tech giant’s recent fact-check of the pro-life organization, Live Action.

In a letter sent today to CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Senators, Josh Hawley, of Missouri Ted Cruz, of Texas Kevin Cramer, North Dakota, and Mike Braun, of Indiana, and judge the company as “a pattern of “censorship” and demanding that it issue a correction to remove such restrictions, if any, of the Live Action and its founder, Lila Rose, as well as the submission of a “meaningful” audit.

Last month, the Live Action was then told by Facebook that the fact checkers was noticed in the two videos with the statement, ” abortion is never medically necessary,” as false. The tech-giant has also stated that a Live-Action, on the left, and the Pink pages could have been reduced, distribution of the member states for repeatedly sharing a false news.

The senators ‘ letter and questions to Facebook’s fact-checking operation that is carried out in co-operation with third parties, which have been confirmed by the International Fact-Checking of a Network, which claims that two of the people who are involved in the fact checking are “biased” against the pro-life group.

According to Live Action, and just today, Facebook is still one other breach of the non-profit group’s page, and a warning message is sent to more than 2,000 of their followers, that their contents were “false”.

However, on Wednesday afternoon, the Rose, send a tweet, that Facebook is an update on the fact-checking process, and the removal of the collapse of the group.

“If this isn’t bias, then what is it?” the senators wrote, before an audit, which makes it possible for the company’s top executives to be grilled. “The only thing more astonishing than your claim to nonpartisanship, it is your complete failure to back that claim up with evidence.”
