Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-NY, and Dan Crenshaw, R-Texas, collided in personal terms injured Wednesday over calls for universal background checks and other gun control measures in the Wake of the mass shooting in Texas that left seven dead and at least 25.

Ocasio-Cortez went to Crenshaw for a tweet to a Houston-area woman, the brigades used to be a gun around, if there are five men trying to Rob you.

“Situations like this are history, why do we protect the 2. Change’ Crenshaw tweeted.

He added: “note: universal background checks, I would not be able to, my friends borrow my gun, if you travel alone like this. We would be difficult to defend criminals out of people just for themselves.”

Ocasio-Cortez, responded quickly, asked why he give the “loans” man of his weapons and accused the Texas legislature, the weapons, the people, the “needs likely to miss, his spouse, or a violent criminal record.”

Crenshaw does not take kindly to Ocasio-Cortez, words, and responds by asking why she thinks his friends are criminals, and criminals, and said that the people lend each other weapons for self-defense and hunting.

Crenshaw then took a shot on Ocasio to say Cortez, the home to city, “This is America, outside of New York City.”

But Ocasio-Cortez did not back down. To defend this Crenshaw, she tweeted: “This idea of” I know the guy, there’s no way he’s beating his wife”, as the way we keep the guns out of the hands of the perpetrator is ridiculous. Any person who has been abused, attacked, etc. know that the perpetrators of the upright, often as a’.'”

She added, “Domestic perpetrators are masters of Manipulation. Plus, domestic violence is a big indicator of gun violence. This is the reason why ‘vouch for friend’ is in check is not a substitute for a background.”

She also said that “if a background check would be a problem, then you should not ‘lend’ a gun,” while they argue that their state is one of the safest in terms of gun violence. “Try to keep up,” she tweeted.

Crenshaw is now the second Texas legislature, in a high-profile, Twitter-battle, the shoot since the Odessa.

On Sunday, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, took the actress Alyssa Milano to the task, about your faith-question, where in the Bible it says that a person has the right to possession of a firearm.

Cruz responded, saying the anti-gun activists, it was an “excellent” question, “a consideration the value of [no], the snark of Twitter,” before citing a few examples from the Bible.

“It is not, of course, the right to a modern weapon, enter into the God [sic], but rather, the right to life and the right to freedom. Essential to the right to life the right to DEFEND your life & your family,” the conservative Texas began.

“The right to self-defense, wrote repeatedly recognized in the Bible,” Cruz, for example, “Exodus 22:2):” If a thief is caught, in the night and did not hit a fatal blow, the defender is to blame for the bloodshed.’ (Note, however, verse 3 says, it IS murder, if in the light of day (i.e., not self-defense).”

He also clashed with the Chicago mayor about the gun-violence debate.
